Alert: Suspicious Activity on Bennett Street

| June 26, 2012 | 0 Comments

A North Main Resident on Bennett Street reports that three times in the past 6 weeks, a strange car has pulled in front of their driveway around midnight. Their dog barks, and when they look out the window, or turn on an additional light, the car pulls away. The last time this happened, the car was sitting there with its lights off. The car looked like either a Mercury Grand Marquis or Caprice Classic. They have not been able to see who is inside the car. They notified the Greenville Police Department who recommended calling 911 the next time this happens.

We want all our NMCA members to be aware of this and on the look-out for suspicious activity, particularly similar to the above. Please also notify your neighbors who may not be members so they, too, can be alert.

If you would like to get more involved in the North Main community, please join the NMCA. If you're already a member and want to volunteer with a committee, click here to learn more. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
