This last week at a construction site on W. Hillcrest, several items were stolen, including two 24 foot aluminum construction planks, the ladder hangers and a ladder. The crew assumed it would be safe in this neighborhood to leave them out in the side yard overnight. Obviously, no neighborhood is immune to theft, as we have seen.
