Special K-9 event – Free Family Demonstration Day.

| April 13, 2012 | 0 Comments

In case you missed it in the newsletter, don’t forget about this great family event tomorrow, Saturday, April 14, 3PM, at Sirrine Stadium (intersection of Cleveland St. and University Ridge), Greenville. You are invited to a fun, educational, first-of-its-kind special event with both the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office and the Greenville Police Dept. K-9 Unit. Enjoy watching as Greenville’s finest K-9s perform their police duties such as locating a ‘lost’ child, finding illegal contraband and “taking-down” a suspect. You’ll also get to see the vehicles they transport the K-9s in during their shifts and meet the K-9s and their handlers. (*Please note: Pets will NOT be allowed in the stadium during this event*)
